We like to get to know our customers and make them Friends, so each month or so we like to plan a Thursday night event that we call “Speakeasy at SAMSON” where we…you guessed it…have some great craft cocktails, beers and bites. We usually include our favorite brands and offer special discounts that you normally can’t find outside of sale seasons along with some fun giveaways. You’ll get to meet our favorite designers and reps do discuss their inspiration and fit styles. They gain as much knowledge meeting you as you do meeting them.
Yes there is. You can sign up below and become a “Friend of SAMSON,” where every $25 you spend gets you $1 in store credit.* It will enter your email to receive information about special events.
*This program is only available in our Short North Emporium. Online buying does not add to loyalty store credit that you can use at the Emporium or make the loyalty store credit available when you shop online.
We take a lot of pride and time in what we select for SAMSON. We are very conscientious about Quality, Fit, Hand of the Fabric and Price Point. Each item in the shop is thoroughly selected through trial and error.
Travel is important to us to help give constant Inspiration. We have found many of our brands while personally shopping and carefully watch how certain parts of the country/world use accessories differently than we do in the Mid-West.
We try to offer sizing for most guys…but some brands are just going to be too slim or too broad for all customers. We will highlight the fit under each BRAND we carry and will discuss the fit under the description of each item being sold online.
You sure can. Give us a call at 614-504-8038 during store hours to consult with one of our staff. At the Emporium, we encourage all guests to try on what they’re questioning so we have good knowledge of sizing per body type.
If you want to come by for a personal consultation, please let us know and we will talk you through the best brands for fit and colors that will best suit you. As always, we never pressure you to get something you may never wear.
We offer free shipping via UPS for domestic orders over $150. For orders under $150, we charge a flat rate shipping & handling fee of $12.50. It's $25 for Canada and Mexico. We ship to the rest of the world for $30, flat rate. Express shipping is available domestically for $30.
Orders are primarily processed and shipped from our store in Columbus, OH. In some circumstances, orders will be fulfilled from our vendors based on inventory availability.

Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped within the state of Ohio. We don't charge sales tax on out of state shipments.
If the item you want is sold out, please write to us at ShopSAMSONShipping@gmail.com. There’s a chance we may get the product you’re interested back in stock and we’ll do all we can to get it to you.
We do not ship to multiple addresses per order. Orders received on weekend days, holidays, and after 12:00 noon EST will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
We’re sorry your purchase wasn’t what you expected. For a full refund (minus return shipping costs) please follow the steps below:
For US domestic customers to ship a return, it's best to use UPS. Please ship back to SAMSON Men's Emporium 772 N. High St. Ste. 101, Columbus, OH 43215. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipment. The shipment must be sent out within 14 days of purchase. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will be deducted from your return and are non-refundable.
International customers are responsible for both incoming and outgoing shipping costs, duties, customs fees, and taxes on returned items.
Please be thoughtful and return merchandise free from wear, stains, odor, or any condition that would prevent us from selling as new.
Upon receipt of your returned goods, we'll handle your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment minus applicable shipping fees. If you are worried about the item going out of stock by the time we receive your shipment back, we recommend placing an order online for the correct item and we’ll get it shipped out to you. We will then refund your shipped back item once we receive it.
For our local customers, we will be happy to issue an exchange or store credit for your online purchase at the Emporium in Short North.
